PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with the provisions of the Agricultural Area Security Law Act 43 of 1981, and all revisions to this statue through Act 14 of 2001, notice is hereby given that the Dingman Twp. Board of Supervisors will hold a Public Hearing on June 16, 2009 at 7:30 pm. At the Township Office, 118 Fisher Lane.
The purpose of the Hearing is to review additions to the Quinn Agricultural Security Area involving the proposal of the following owners, parcels, and acreage within Dingman Twp., Pike County: Owners - Lous P. & Nancy Bellini; Tax Parcel #077.00-01-08 consisting of 3 parcels totaling 47.49 acres.
The Board of Supervisors shall review the proposal, recommendations from the Dingman Twp Planning Commission/ASA Advisory Committee and the Pike County Planning Commission, and any written or oral public comment thereto at the Hearing. A decision shall be rendered after the conclusion of the public hearing.

RE: Public Notice for an Addition to the Quinn Agricultural Security Area
This announcement will hereby serve to notify the citizens of Dingman Township, Pike County, that the Dingman Twp. Board of Supervisors has received a proposal for an addition to the Quinn Agricultural Security Area (ASA) within Dingman Twp., pursuant to the ASA Law, Act 43 of 1981.
The aforementioned proposal is currently on file and available for public inspection at the Dingman Twp. Municipal office, 118 Fisher Lane, Milford, PA 18337 between the hours of 8:30 am and 3:00 pm.
Any affected municipality and any landowners who own land which is within, adjacent to, or near the area proposed to be included in the addition to the above named ASA may propose changes to the proposed ASA Addition within 15 days of the date this notice is published. Such proposed changes must be submitted to the Dingman Twp. Offices on or before April 9, 2009.
Upon expiration of the aforementioned 15-day period, the proposed ASA Addition and any proposed changes will be submitted to the Dingman Twp. Planning Commission and the Pike Co. Planning Commission for review and recommendation. Thereafter, a public hearing will be held by the Township Supervisors to consider the ASA Proposal, any proposed modifications and any recommendations from the Planning Commissions.

Notice is hereby given that the Dingman Township Board of Supervisors will hold a Public Hearing upon and consider the Proposal of Merritt B. Quinn, for an addition to the Quinn Agricultural Security Area (ASA). The addition is comprised of 112.739 acres of property commonly known as the Quinn Farm and further known as Tax Map Nos. 112.00-02-29, 112.00-02-38, 125.00-01-17, and 125.00-01-25. Comments and recommendations from the Township and County Planning Commissions shall be considered along with the ASA Proposal and any public comment received. Said Hearing will be held on Sept. 2, 2008 at 7:30 pm at the Municipal Bldg, 118 Fisher Lane. All interested parties are encouraged to attend.

Agricultural Security Area Proposed in Dingman Township The Dingman Township Board of Supervisors has received a proposal to create an Agricultural Security Area (ASA) pursuant to the ASA Law (Act 43 of 1981). The ASA would comprise of most of the property referred to as "The Quinn Farm" which is located along Sawkill and Christian Hill Roads. A copy of the proposal is available for public inspection at the Township Office on Fisher Lane. Adjacent property owners may propose changes to the ASA. All proposals for changing the proposed ASA must be received by the Township on, or before, 12/28/07. The proposed ASA and any proposed changes will then be sent for review to the Dingman Township Planning Commission and Pike County Planning Commission. After review by those bodies, the Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing to consider establishing the ASA.

Quinn, et. al., for the creation of an Agricultural Security Area (ASA) to be comprised of 695.825 acres of property commonly known as the Quinn Farm and further Tax Map Numbers 111.00-01-20, 112.00-02-33, 112.00-02-42, 112.00-02-40, and 112.00-02-32. Comments and recommendations from the Township and County Planning Commissions shall be considered along with the ASA proposal. Said hearing will be held on February 5, 2008 at 7:30 PM at the Municipal Building on Fisher Lane. All interested parties are encouraged to attend.
