Har Haven - Issuance of a Temporary Certificate of Use

In early 2016 the
property known as Mount Haven Resort was acquired by Har Haven LLC. Har Haven
informed
A temporary certificate of use was issued during which time Har Haven could operate the resort. At the conclusion of the temporary period a review was made of the operations and deficiencies were noted that would have to be corrected. One such deficiency was the lack of state approval to use the resort’s water system.
Recently,
Therefore, a Temporary Certificate of Use has been issued effective May 9, 2019 through May 9, 2020. The certificate is only valid for the operation of the motel and restaurant and does not apply to any other structure on the property that utilizes water. At the conclusion of temporary certificate period, the use of the property will be reevaluated for purposes of issuance of a permanent Certificate of Use.
Any party aggrieved by this action may, within 30 days of public announcement, appeal the action to the Dingman Township Zoning Hearing Board.
