Hearing Date Set

On August 1st, Har Haven filed an appeal of the Zoning Officer's determination and the subsequent Zoning Enforcement Notice.  The Dingman Township Zoning Hearing Board has set September 27, 2018 as the hearing date.  The hearing will be conducted at the Dingman Township Volunteer Fire Department hall, 680 Log Tavern Road and will begin at 7:00 PM.  All interested parties are invited to attend.

The public is reminded that the Dingman Township Zoning Hearing Board is an independent body that does not answer to the Board of Supervisors.  It is unlawful for any person to discuss the Har Haven cases with any member of the Zoning Hearing Board.
