between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM

NOVEMBER 1^ST To APRIL 1^ST

or any time during storms of 2 inches or more of snow

The dumping, shoveling, pushing or placement of any snow, ice, or slush into the main cartway of any public road IS PROHIBITED.  Violators are subject to fines.
