The Zoning
Hearing Board hears appeals of determinations made by
the Zoning Officer and requests for variances, special
exception uses, and uses not provided for in the zoning
ordinance. Meetings are generally held the first
Wednesday of
each month and as needed. Meetings are often
cancelled if no business is scheduled so it is advised
that residents call the day of the meeting to check on
cancellation.
The Zoning
Hearing Board is composed of Bill Fedun, Michael
LaPadula, and Terri Flanigan Attorney Robert
Bernathy advises the
Board as its solicitor.
Requests for
hearings before the Zoning Hearing Board must be made in
writing and include the required fee. Requests should
be delivered to the Township Office or mailed to:
